Yoga is starting again tonight!
I love yoga because it helps not only improve the physical condition of my body, but yoga also helps me (re-)discover myself on a mental and spiritual level. This is because yoga aids the individual in connecting with your inner self and thereby I (usually) feel enlightened and calm during the session.
One an half hour of bliss.
But I have to admit I’m usually a little hyper when I get home from a yoga-session, just ask hubby.
