Tuesday evenings, my meditative (yoga) moment


Yoga is helping me to remember the importance of each day. It helps me to focus on now.  Yoga also enables me to find “mindsight” which gives rise to insight and understanding. It helps me to look at things from another perspective. It helps me to re-frame. 

Yoga works on body, mind and spirit—improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, and deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being. Dru yoga energizes me!!

Will be trying out my new yoga fleece blanket.

I’ve already got my own meditation cushion. It looks like this.
