Baking frenzy

I’m trying new things. It seems I’m getting into making desserts & cakes. My therapy. This time I tried making a carrot & banana cake.

I found it delicious, sadly Hubby was less enthusiastic. I think it was the carrots, too healthy! He loved the topping though. So, a quarter  went into the freezer and the other half I’m taking with me to my mum.
