This book is a great inspiration. It is Dutch book that has been translated. The original title is:
The quilter’s and Patchworker’s Stitch Bible. I would recommend it as there is a whole chapter on different hand quilt stitches that you can use on your quilts.

I have that book and it is great! There are so many stitches I want to try, but haven't taken the time to do it yet.
